Practical Clinical Seminars

Continuing Professional Development
For The Dental Team

As Director of Eastman Continuing Professional Development at the Eastman Dental Institute in Central London, Professor Eder is able to offer courses through the Eastman as detailed below. Each presentation will review current concepts and clinical practice in the fields of Restorative Dentistry and Prosthodontics.

The seminars can be combined for all-day meetings and may include hands-on sessions. Colleagues may also be invited to contribute in order to expand on the areas being covered. Each presentation can be altered to suit the audience, from a small group seminar to a formal lecture, whilst always encouraging interactive discussion and audience participation.

The "key belief" with these courses is to present useful and up-to-date information for busy dentists to use the very next day.

Selected Topic Areas
  • Treatment planning for the advanced restorative patient
  • Avoiding failures in crown and bridgework
  • Implants and osseointegration in restorative dentistry
  • Management of extensively destroyed teeth
  • Restoration of endodontically treated teeth
  • Achieving and maintaining a healthy smile
  • Management of patients with tooth surface loss
  • Topical issues in clinical dentistry
